Practicing Your Pitch with Artificial Intelligence? A Look Back at Our Workshop with SINGA Lille
On Saturday, July 5th, Mame FALL, AI consultant and trainer, and Evgeny NIVA, PhD candidate in entrepreneurship psychology, led an engaging and hands-on workshop with the UBUNTU cohort at SINGA Lille. The theme? “Pitching your business offer with clarity and confidence.”
From theory to practice… with an unexpected audience
The workshop aimed to help entrepreneurs structure their pitch, refine their presentation, and boost their confidence. But it wasn’t just theory: participants had the chance to pitch their offer to a very unusual prospect… an artificial intelligence!
This bold exercise allowed them to test their message in real time, learn to adapt their pitch on the fly, and — most importantly — see the power of clear communication. The result? Enthusiasm, laughter, and plenty of valuable “aha” moments.
An AI shaking up traditional pitches: welcome to Face UP
This unique exercise was made possible by Face UP, an innovative tool that uses artificial intelligence to let entrepreneurs practice pitching to a “virtual prospect” — demanding, but supportive. The goal? To provide instant, objective feedback to improve clarity, identify friction points, and increase impact.
Face UP combines coaching, tech, and pedagogy, and is already used by organizations such as Air France, Eurotunnel, and IAE Lille.
