What is the Acceleration Program?

The SINGA Acceleration Program is designed for both newcomers and locals working on projects related to migration and inclusion. This nine-month program, available in-person in Paris and online in Switzerland, offers one cohort per year.

This program supports established businesses in scaling and securing financing. Participants benefit from tailored guidance on funding strategies, marketing, communications, human resources, and interpersonal skills development. Through SINGA’s network of partners and investors, we facilitate access to pre-seed funding opportunities (ranging from €20,000 to €500,000) and non-dilutive financing options.

What are the Objectives of the Acceleration Program ?

SINGA Paris

  • A €30,000 grant from the Paris Innovation Fund, with SINGA as a certified incubator.
  • Validation of product-market fit to ensure your offer aligns with market needs.
  • Securing your commercial launch through structured support.
  • Structuring impact measurement to highlight your project’s results.
  • Enhancing visibility within the entrepreneurial ecosystem, with privileged access to SINGA’s network and community.

SINGA Switzerland

  • Communication and marketing strategy : optimization of social media, SEO, storytelling, branding, and website.
  • Access to funding : fundraising, support from foundations, and improving the business model.
  • Legal expertise and risk management : contracts, patent protection, and insurance.
  • Leadership and business management : strengthening skills in project management, recruitment, and team structuring.
  • Final Demo Day : pitch to investors to expand your network and secure funding.

Eligibility Criteria:

SINGA Paris

  • Be a newly arrived or local entrepreneur with a project related to inclusion and migration.
  • Have a business registered for less than 3 years.
  • Offer a unique value proposition (innovation in usage, service, or technology) that is in the market launch phase.
  • Address at least one Sustainable Development Goal (SDG).
  • Be available part-time or full-time to develop the project.
  • Have a minimum French proficiency level of B2.

SINGA Switzerland

  • Be an entrepreneur with a business registered in Switzerland for at least one year.
  • Generate an annual revenue between CHF 15,000 and CHF 25,000 (absolute minimum: CHF 5,000) with at least one paying client or contractor.
  • Have a business mission that supports refugees in its daily operations.
  • Have at least one member of the management team who :
    ο Is originally from a non-EU/EFTA/UK country
    ο Holds a permit F, B, C, or S
  • Support at least one Sustainable Development Goal (SDG).
  • Have a minimum English proficiency level of B2 to enable professional conversations.

Selection Criteria:

  • Innovation: The project’s product or service should bring something new.
  • Impact: Social and/or environmental benefits, especially in areas of inclusion and migration, with alignment to SDGs.
  • Growth Potential: The project’s economic viability and growth prospects.
  • Team Quality: The project leader’s drive and the team’s collective strengths.

No, the acceleration program is open to all individuals (locals or newcomers) without age or nationality restrictions. We also strive for gender parity in our cohorts. If you’re a newcomer, you should hold a status such as international protection, a residence permit, or subsidiary protection.

In Switzerland:

Permits F, B, C, or S holders are eligible to participate.

Permit N holders cannot start a business but may participate if team members hold eligible permits.

In-person in Paris and a fully online program in Switzerland.

  • If you’re local: your project should be connected to migration and inclusion (e.g., community, diversity).
  • If you’re a newcomer: you can develop any type of project.

Every year, we proudly support impactful projects across various sectors, from circular economy to education. In Paris, 90% of our projects align with at least one UN Sustainable Development Goal (SDG).

A dedicated support manager from SINGA will be your primary contact throughout the program, holding regular meetings to guide you and address your needs. Additionally, you’ll have access to a diverse range of experts, volunteers, professionals, social entrepreneurs, and nonprofit ecosystem players.

You’ll join a cohort of 5 to 10 projects, including both locals with inclusion-related projects and newcomers. In addition to collective sessions within your cohort (workshops, training, and conferences), you’ll receive one-on-one support with regular meetings with your support manager.

Beyond trainings and individual meetings, SINGA organizes numerous networking opportunities within its community (entrepreneurs, partners, mentors, artists, etc.) through various events.

Alongside support from your dedicated manager, depending on the location, you may also receive:

  • Multiple connections with experts, funders, SINGA alumni, and mentors to meet your needs.
  • Exposure on our communication channels (website, social media) to promote your project.
  • Free workspace in Paris only.
  • Access to materials, within limits (e.g., books, computers, printers) in Paris only.

In Paris: minimal program fees apply, depending on business objectives (general track or intensive fundraising track).

In Switzerland: CHF 100 registration fee + CHF 50 to 100 per month, depending on individual circumstances.
