Newcomers often face significant challenges, including unrecognized qualifications, language barriers, racism, and discrimination. With unemployment rates twice as high as local populations and a concentration in low-skill, unstable jobs, their potential often goes unrecognized. SINGA is committed to changing this by helping them rebuild networks and find employment that matches their skills.

Migration: A Catalyst for Innovation and Performance

Migration has always driven the exchange of knowledge and skills. Today, inclusive companies report higher performance and greater innovation. A Deloitte study (2017) shows that employees are three times more likely to leave if they don’t feel included, and 80% of workers consider inclusion a decisive factor when choosing an employer. McKinsey & Company’s 2020 study also reveals that companies with greater gender diversity in leadership teams are 25% more likely to outperform the industry financially.

In partnership with Utopies, we developed a charter to promote inclusive practices for refugees in the workplace. Over 50 signatories have already committed to fostering a positive intercultural culture, offering dedicated support for refugees, and ensuring their successful integration.

Our workshops tackle biases surrounding migration and equip your teams with the tools to better understand inclusion challenges. Participants gain practical skills for dismantling stereotypes and building more inclusive teams, processes, and products.
