After two sold-out editions at La Gaîté Lyrique, the Newcomer Comedy Club by SINGA is making a big comeback with a special edition in a brand-new venue ! Join us on Tuesday, March 11, at 8:30 PM at Théâtre Solo (Paris 11th) for a unique stand-up night where laughter meets reflection.

A unique lineup that challenges stereotypes

Because we don’t hear enough new voices in stand-up, SINGA highlights artists who share a common trait: they were born elsewhere, settled in France, and take the stage to share—with humor—their vision of the world, migration, and their daily lives.

From personal anecdotes to sharp punchlines, each comedian brings a unique outlook, blending cultures for a night where comedy becomes a true space for freedom and dialogue.

5 comedians, 5 journeys, 5 perspectives

🎤 Maoulé
Originally from Benin, Maoulé discovered stand-up while working as a photographer for comedians before taking the stage himself. His show “Maoulé se cherche” delivers sharp and witty humor as he shares his struggles as a parent, his relationship with taxes, and memories from his Beninese roots.

🎤 Saj Hamdi
Arriving from Tunisia in 2020, Saj transitioned from the conservatory to Parisian comedy clubs, where she showcases her sharp and liberating humor. Her debut show, set for December 2024, recounts her arrival in France with an energy that is both bold and hilarious.

🎤 Lotfi Abdelli
A major star in Tunisia, Lotfi is both an award-winning actor and a wildly charismatic comedian. In his show “Je suis bien chez vous”, he blends sharp anecdotes with unfiltered humor, all delivered with boundless energy.

🎤 Djinda Kane
A Franco-Senegalese award-winning actress and director, Djinda steps into stand-up with “Pas assez noire”, her first solo show. With sharp wit, she explores her dual culture and identity quest, navigating between Dakar, Paris, and New York.

🎤 Zaef
A former taxi driver in Côte d’Ivoire, Zaef transforms his life anecdotes into comedic gems. With his show “Il fallait bien que quelqu’un le dise” he combines genuine laughter with a sharp perspective on migration and society.

An evening where laughter meets openness

The Newcomer Comedy Club by SINGA is not just a stand-up stage. It’s a platform where cultures meet, stereotypes shatter, and personal stories paint a vibrant portrait of diversity in France.

Whether you’re here to laugh, reflect, or discover new talents, this 3rd edition promises to be unforgettable.
