What if journeys of exile were also stories of innovation?
On September 25th, at the LUMA Museum in Zurich, SINGA Switzerland brought together entrepreneurs, partners, and curious minds for an inspiring evening: SINGA Stories 2025, a celebration of courage, creativity, and community.
Organized by SINGA Switzerland, the SINGA Stories give the floor to entrepreneurs with experiences of asylum or migration.
For one evening, each participant is invited to share their journey, their challenges, and how their project contributes to lasting change.
Beyond individual stories, the event highlights a powerful idea: inclusion is not just a value, it’s a driver of innovation.
From 6 p.m., the doors of the LUMA Museum – Schwarzes Café opened to a public eager to discover bold initiatives: Afghan craftsmanship, holistic cosmetics, zero-waste fashion, inclusive baking…
Between live pitches, networking, and informal exchanges, the evening shone a light on tangible projects combining economic impact and social transformation.
The discussions were enriched by the presence of our corporate partners in Zurich, SAP, Deloitte, and Simon-Kucher, who shared their daily commitment to supporting SINGA’s mission and promoting a more inclusive approach to entrepreneurship.
“This evening reminded us that courage and creativity can truly change the world,” shared the SINGA Switzerland team.
Throughout the evening, live pitches, networking moments, and shared food and drinks created an atmosphere of genuine connection.
Each entrepreneur told their story, their challenges, their values, and their vision.
The event proved that entrepreneurship can transform difficult personal experiences into concrete, positive impact for the community.
Two entrepreneurs particularly stood out:
Around them, six other participants captivated the audience, each carrying a project with powerful human impact.
Laughter, stories, and shared experiences filled the room.
The SINGA Stories create a space where ideas, collaborations, and inspiration come together, and where everyone leaves motivated to grow their projects.
One participant even moved the audience with a heartfelt song, symbolizing the diversity and creativity celebrated by SINGA.
After Zurich, the adventure continues in Geneva on November 19th, at the Fédération des Entreprises Romandes (FER), an emblematic venue for local economic life.
Hosting the next edition there marks a major step in recognizing SINGA’s impact at the local level, and a unique opportunity to bring the business world and inclusive entrepreneurship even closer together.
The SINGA Stories reminded us of a simple truth : when we give people the chance to express their talents, an entire country moves forward”
